Refund Policy
You are using this payment facility to pay an account which has been delivered to you for legal services already provided.
Your rights in relation to that account have been sent to you in our terms of business and have also been set out on the bill itself. As such, once you have made payment, you are not entitled to claim any refund.
In the event of technical problems with the Website or payment portal and/or duplicate payments being made we will, when notified, investigate such problems and may, at our discretion, refund any overpayment provided that no fees from other outstanding bills are due to us. |
